The meeting was held at SUT’s International Affairs Office on January 15, 2017 with the presence of Ms. Sophie Chazelle, Deputy Director-Corporate Foundation of GROUPE RENAULT, and Mr. Pierre-Andre Lhote, Scientific Cooperation Attaché of France Embassy. Professor Movaghar, Dean of International Affairs Office, Professor Mokhtari, Dean of Industrial Relations, Dr. Massoumian, Consultant of International Affairs Office, and several other professors of SUT, were the representatives of Sharif.
In this meeting, Ms. Chazelle focused on the RENAULT’s Academic Programs which are open to Iranian Students, including MBA, Master’s in Mobility and Electrical Vehicles (MVE), Master’s in Transport and Sustainable Development (TRADD), Master’s in Road Safety Management (MANSER), and Electric Vehicle and Electro-Mobility (LPVEE) Vocational Degree. All of these programs are tuition-free for students and they will be also funded by RENAULT throughout the programs. She added that in these scholarships, students spend two years in France, one year of which would be for academic education followed by 3 months of laboratory works and 6 months of entrepreneurship. In addition, RENAULT will provide the successful students with a diploma at the end of the programs. Finally, Industrial cooperation between Sharif and RENAULT was also discussed in the meeting.
